Dr. Gaitan, M.D.

Dr. Gaitan brings extensive experience in spine care, workers compensation, and regenerative medicine. As the practice owner, he ensures that every patient receives the highest quality of care.

With a deep commitment to patient-centered medicine, Dr. Gaitan combines evidence-based treatments with innovative approaches to help patients achieve optimal recovery outcomes. His expertise spans both state and federal workers compensation systems, making him uniquely qualified to navigate complex cases.

Dr. Gaitan is dedicated to providing comprehensive care that addresses not just the physical aspects of injury, but the entire recovery journey, ensuring patients receive the support they need every step of the way.

Dr. Patel, M.D.

Dr. Patel received his undergraduate degree in biomechanics at the University of California Los Angeles. He then went on to complete a master's in healthcare administration at California State University Los Angeles. He then completed medical school at Michigan State University in East Lansing. After completing a medical degree, he completed a 4-year residency at the University of California Irvine. In his last year of residency, he was the Chief Resident.

Dr. Patel has been in practice for over 20 years. He is currently board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is also subspecialty boarded in Brain Injury Medicine and has prior board certifications in Pain Medicine and Spinal Cord Injury Medicine.

Dr. Patel's philosophy is to see the patient is a whole person and not just a diagnosis or body part. His belief is that disease processes affect a person's quality-of-life and that a patient should be treated as a whole person to account for the physical, mental, emotional effects of the disease process impacts. He believes the patients should participate in the recovery process. That together with Dr. and the patient worked as a team. Then to look at alternative treatments and decide risks versus benefits together.

That the eventual goal is to improve functionally and have a better quality-of-life despite the diagnosis or injury. Figuring out the proper diagnosis includes overall improving success and patient outcomes and care. In this way the impact of chronic pain or other disease processes can minimize the impact on the patient's quality-of-life and function. With his unique qualifications and multiple wart backgrounds Dr. Patel has multiple tools to help look at diagnosis and treatment in unique way.

Yolanda Ozuna is our friendly and professional front desk coordinator, dedicated to making your visit as comfortable and seamless as possible.

With extensive experience in healthcare administration, Yolanda ensures that all administrative needs are handled efficiently, from scheduling appointments to coordinating with insurance providers. She is often the first point of contact for patients and works diligently to answer questions and provide support.
